Description

Perform field inspections for compliance with the Florida Building Code and applicable standards. Document inspection findings and prepare inspection reports. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, design professionals, and owners. Verify compliance with approved construction documents. Assist with quality assurance and code compliance activities throughout construction.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should possess one or more of the following Florida licenses or certifications:
Commercial Building Inspector Plumbing Inspector Mechanical Inspector Electrical Inspector Combination Inspector Building Code Administrator Professional Engineer (PE) Registered Architect (RA)
Preference will be given to candidates holding multiple inspection certifications or professional licenses.
